Framing Changes:

We are working with Pemberton Engineering, Davis, California on the sheer analysis necessary for these extensive door and window framing changes.

Repurposing:

Relocation of Kitchen from South side of house (backyard side) to North side of house (Front Yard / Camphor Lane side).  This changes the direction of the house from "Street Facing" to "Back yard Facing" and with the oversized lot, makes lots of sense.
